Terms of purchase in the online store

Purchase information
Arctic Trucks Middle East sells and markets aftermarket products, OEM products, and original products. We are not responsible for price changes, sold out items, or factual errors that may occur on our website or in our marketing. We are not responsible for the product images we display on our website should they contain technical and/or graphic errors and typographical errors. The information in our online store is intended to be informative only and is without guarantees of any kind including indirect guarantees of suitability for general and specific purposes and objectives.

Freight
We do not ship outside of the UAE.

Shipping is calculated based on your location according to the UAE’s postal rates. Minimum price for shipping is AED XX. If you shop for more than AED 2000 in the online store, we deliver the goods free of charge. (This does not apply to items such as roof tents, roof racks, tires and rims, wheel sets). Shipments to Svalbard are not free of charge and have their own rates.

If the item is damaged or parts/the entire consignment is missing upon receipt/delivery, this must be noted on the consignment note, upon receipt or delivery and certified by the responsible employee at the delivery location.

Private clients
Arctic Trucks Middle East follows local guidelines and laws for e-commerce. As a client, you therefore have all the rights in these guidelines and laws. In the event of a delay in delivery of the products, clients have the right to cancel the purchase if a new proposed delivery date is not acceptable. If a pre-paid product has delayed delivery, you can cancel the purchase and it will be refunded to you within 14 days.

Corporate customers
Arctic Trucks Middle East complies with all applicable local laws in connection with legal representatives in each country. As a company, you therefore have all the rights as in the mentioned laws.

Minors
Arctic Trucks Middle East does not sell to people under the age of 18.

Scams
We report all types of fraud, including false orders, orders made with stolen credit cards, etc. directly to the police. If we discover a potential fraud, we do everything we can to help the local police in the best possible way.

Guarantees and claims
Arctic Trucks Middle East provides a 2-year limited warranty on all products, unless otherwise stated. The guarantee means that we repair or replace defective products within 2 years if the product is not damaged due to incorrect use. As a consumer, you have a 2-year guarantee if the product was faulty at the time of delivery. The consumer must return a defective product within a reasonable time after they discover the defect.
