Return and right of withdrawal

Returns
Please note that receiving a return number does not guarantee an approved claim for compensation. Consumers must use the enclosed delivery note from Arctic Trucks Middle East for the return of goods. 

The item must be returned within 14 days after registration of the return. When returning a product, the shipment must contain the original order number and a detailed description of the problem. If Arctic Trucks Middle East is responsible for the problem with the product, we will pay for the return shipment. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for postage. If any necessary documents are missing, the product is returned to the customer. Returns must be returned well packed in accordance with the instructions received with the notification of the return.

Damage caused by incorrect packaging is paid for by the customer. If you paid via invoice, we appreciate you sending us your account number for a timely refund. If you paid by credit card, we will refund the money to the card.

Right of withdrawal
As a client, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the products. You can always cancel the order if a product is sold out. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been specially ordered from a supplier for a specific client or request. For example, it could be an Alu-Cab canopy for a particular car model. Information on which products are exempt from the right of withdrawal can be found in the detailed information listed under each. The requirement for using the right of withdrawal is that the item is in approximately the same condition and quantity as when you received it, and that it can be sold as new to another client. The right of withdrawal does not apply to corporate customers.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask that you register your return by sending an e-mail to info@arctictrucks.ae. Arctic Trucks Middle East will charge the client for missing products if the returned product is not complete or has been used. Failure to collect a package from Arctic Trucks Middle East is not a valid notice of the right of withdrawal. You are requested to download the right of withdrawal form and send it with the form.

Uncollected packages
Uncollected private packages will be charged a fee of AED XX (including VAT). Uncollected company packages, trailer mounts, tires and/or rim packages will be charged a fee of AED XX (including VAT). Return postage in the case of non-dehumidification will be charged to the client.
