1. Mastering Buoyancy with Wider Tyres To stop the sinking, we had to change how the vehicles interacted with the ground. We equipped the fleet with significantly larger, wider tyres.

By teaching Rashid’s team how to correctly lower tyre pressure, we boosted the vehicles’ buoyancy on sand and mud. The trucks began to “float” over the terrain that used to trap them.
2. Higher Suspension, Lower Risk We provided a heavy-duty suspension upgrade to handle the payload and drive over obstacles rather than around them.
Crucially, Arctic Trucks designs maintain a low center of gravity even when lifted. This ensures that when the team is driving on normal roads back to base, the vehicle handles with the comfort and safety of a standard car, reducing driver fatigue after a long shift.
